Prevención de riesgos digitales en el ámbito escolar:ciberacoso, grooming y sexting en adolescentes

El crecimiento de la interacción digital durante la adolescencia ha ampliado las oportunidades de aprendizaje y socialización, pero también la exposición a formas de violencia y victimización como el ciberacoso, el grooming sexual en línea, el sexting coercitivo, la difusión no consentida de imágenes íntimas y la sextorsión. El objetivo de esta revisión fue sintetizar evidencia científica reciente (2021–2026) sobre prevalencia, factores asociados, consecuencias y estrategias educativas de prevención frente a estos riesgos en población infantojuvenil, con énfasis en el contexto escolar. Se realizó una búsqueda estructurada de literatura científica reciente y se priorizaron revisiones sistemáticas, metaanálisis y estudios de intervención revisados por pares, con DOI verificable. La síntesis muestra que las intervenciones escolares contra el ciberacoso producen reducciones significativas, aunque generalmente pequeñas o moderadas, en victimización y perpetración; que el grooming requiere enseñar reconocimiento de tácticas de manipulación y respuestas seguras, sin trasladar la responsabilidad de la protección a los menores; y que el sexting debe diferenciarse entre prácticas consensuadas y situaciones de coerción, reenvío no consentido, abuso sexual basado en imágenes o sextorsión. Los programas más consistentes combinan alfabetización y ciudadanía digital, habilidades socioemocionales, consentimiento, privacidad, participación familiar, formación docente y protocolos institucionales. Se concluye que la prevención efectiva requiere un enfoque escolar integral, sostenido y multisistémico, en lugar de charlas aisladas o exclusivamente centradas en el miedo.
