Estrategias de administración de riesgos derivados del ordenamiento territorial para fortalecer la gestión empresarial sostenible en el cantón Paján

La investigación abordó la limitada integración entre la administración del riesgo empresarial y la gestión territorial sostenible en el cantón Paján, problemática que incrementa la vulnerabilidad de los negocios frente a amenazas climáticas, operativas, financieras, tecnológicas, legales y de mercado. El objetivo fue analizar las condiciones de administración del riesgo empresarial y proponer estrategias que fortalecieran la sostenibilidad territorial. Se aplicó un enfoque mixto, documental, no experimental y retrospectivo, mediante la revisión de 30 fuentes científicas e informes técnicos, de los cuales se extrajeron 214 unidades de evidencia. La información se procesó con modelado temático BERTopic, lógica difusa, análisis multicriterio VIKOR, redes de coocurrencia y 5.000 simulaciones de sensibilidad. Los resultados mostraron que los riesgos climáticos, ambientales, operativos y de infraestructura concentraron el 58,4% de la evidencia; el riesgo climático-ambiental alcanzó una prioridad de 1,000 y el operativo e infraestructura 0,912. La cooperación interinstitucional presentó la mayor capacidad articuladora, mientras que los planes de continuidad, las alertas tempranas y la diversificación de proveedores fueron las estrategias más relevantes. Se determinó que la resiliencia empresarial de Paján depende de una gestión preventiva, coordinada y territorialmente integrada.
