Conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas comunitarias frente a la prevención de conductas adictivas en adolescentes

Los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas comunitarias constituyen componentes esenciales para prevenir conductas adictivas en adolescentes, debido a la influencia conjunta de factores familiares, escolares, sociales y digitales. El objetivo fue determinar el nivel de conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas comunitarias frente a la prevención de conductas adictivas en adolescentes. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica descriptiva y analítica, tomando como referente el proyecto de vinculación “Cuidado comunitario de prevención y atención de conductas adictivas en adolescentes de las tres parroquias urbanas del cantón Jipijapa, año 2026”. La población documental estuvo constituida por 50 publicaciones identificadas en Scopus, PubMed, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink y Google Scholar; mediante criterios de inclusión y exclusión se seleccionó una muestra de 30 artículos publicados entre 2022 y 2026. Los resultados evidenciaron que el conocimiento sobre riesgos y consecuencias constituye una base preventiva, aunque requiere acompañarse de percepción del riesgo y actitudes protectoras. Las prácticas más relevantes comprendieron supervisión y comunicación familiar, intervenciones escolares, participación comunitaria, redes de apoyo y estrategias digitales. Se determinó que la prevención requiere articular conocimientos, actitudes favorables y prácticas sostenidas mediante la corresponsabilidad entre familia, escuela y comunidad.
